Seeking well located properties which can be classified as “A-” to “C+” quality as follows:

  • Stabilized communities
  • Properties requiring renovation
  • New communities not fully leased

Preferred Markets
Primary and secondary metropolitan areas, with an emphasis on well located cities in growing submarkets in the Midwest, South, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic.

Asset Size

  • 150 units minimum. No maximum
  • Individual assets and large portfolios

Ownership
Properties may be purchased either all cash or subject to existing financing. Tax Deferred strategies are available for owners with low tax basis.

Initial Required Information

  • Operating Statements for year to date and previous two years
  • Current Rent Roll
  • Description of site and improvements
  • Description of any existing debt
  • Asking Price
